Whether it's midnight or mid-day here at Orange County Trenchless we take your calls 24/7. Last night we took a call with a guy here in Orange County, CA around midnight. He was completely upset, who could blame him? We instructed him that we can handle all types of leak detections and we will come see him first thing this morning. So we had him turn his water off and told him to get some sleep.
Just last week we had a similar situation with a Los Angeles leak detection customer. I answered the call and the client told me his water bill shot up by $1,000 in just one month!! Funny, thing was there was no leak. There was a construction going on next door and they were "borrowing" his water...ahhh yeah, I don't think so.
