You know, you catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. We all can agree on that one. Your attitude is paramount when it comes to customer relations. You would never think we’d actually write about treating your customers with kindness and being a good listener. It is important that our sewer repair contractors understand and practice kindness.

If we were a betting people we would put all of our chips on this one contractor landing the job. If you read some of our past posts, you would know we are big on doing multiple homes in a certain area and setting up a block party. Well there you have it another good idea executed to perfection.
